You can confirm your order on the online shop through any of the payment methods authorized. If during the purchase you have any questions please email us to info@kolonakimadrid.com and we will help you in your purchase process. Once the order has been completed, we will send you a confirmation email with all purchase details.
The shipping will be done once payment is received. The cost and time of delivery depends on the destination country :
(01) Portugal, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Bulgaria, CzechRepublic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Sweden, Lithuania, Croatia and Malta.
(02) Switchland, Norway and Monaco.
(03) Customs of some countries may alter the delivery times. Kolonaki is not responsable of them.
Please take into account that import taxes, duties and customs of some countries may be charged once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are determined by the local customs of the destination country.
The payment of these fees and taxes are exclusive responsibility of the receptor. For further details please check your local customs office.

If you want to change or return an item once received, you are able to do so no later than 15 natural days from its reception . To proceed with the return you must send an email to info@kolonakimadrid.com and we will confirm the steps to follow.
Unless the return is made due to product defects, the shipping costs will be borne by the user.
Products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged and must be returned with all the tags and in their original packaging. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return requirements.
Once the garment has been received, we will proceed to refund the full amount of it, except the shipping costs.
Important note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse, it is your responsibility. We recommend that you send us the item by courier or registered mail and that you keep the proof of shipment. Please note that custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be returned. If you have any questions, before making a purchase, we always recommend contacting our Customer Service department.
